I left school in June 2015 a week before I turned 16. Soon after I started working in the kitchen at Glyndebourne opera house alongside some brilliant chefs. They took the time to teach my new skills and techniques. They all encouraged me to improve my skills as a Chef.
I was very privileged to gain work experience at the one Michelin star restaurant Chez Bruce in London which was amazing.
The most I enjoy about working in the kitchen is the team work and dedication that goes into every meal.
I have experienced many great things including the 'Woman in Food' talk at News UK, the Nigel Fredrick’s tour and the Apprentice of the Year competition.
